Max drawdownTrails your CLOSED balance only — an intraday spike does not move it. It follows each new closed-balance high by a fixed $3,000 per $100,000, then stops and locks permanently at your starting balance once the account is 3% up. A HARD breach: hit it and the account is gone.
3%
Daily drawdownTrails intraday, following the greater of the day's balance and equity highs — and it trails by 2.5% OF that high, so the cash gap grows as you profit. A HARD breach; the account is terminated.
2.5%
Daily profit capEvaluation only, and a SOFT breach — it caps the day rather than ending the account. The distinction matters: the drawdown above is hard, this is not.

Equities — questions and answers

What is the difference between the daily profit cap and the max drawdown?

One stops your day, the other ends your account. The 2.5% daily profit cap is a soft breach and applies only during the evaluation — hit it and trading halts for the day. The 3% max drawdown is a hard breach: hit that and the account is gone.

On a $100,000 account

A soft breach at +$2,500 in a day pauses you until the next session. A hard breach at −$3,000 from the trailing high-water mark ends the account.

How is the drawdown measured?

Both the 2.5% daily drawdown and the 3% maximum drawdown trail, and both are measured intraday rather than on the closing balance. A spike during the session moves the level up with it.

Can I hold positions overnight?

No. Every position is closed at 15:55 ET and cannot be carried over — that is what makes this a single-session product. There is no overnight-holding add-on for equities.

What counts towards the minimum trading days?

A day counts once it produces at least 0.50% of profit. Three such days are required, in the evaluation and in the funded account alike.

What is the consistency score?

Best trading day divided by total profit, capped at 25%. It applies to the funded account only, not to the evaluation, and it is checked when you request a payout rather than continuously.

How often can I withdraw?

Fourteen days after the funded account is issued, and every fourteen days after that.

What leverage is available?

Up to 2:1.

What is the profit target?

10% of the starting balance during the evaluation. Once funded there is no target — $1,000 on a $10,000 account, $20,000 on a $200,000 account.

Which countries are accepted?

Subject to applicable law, traders from all countries except those on the OFAC list, unless otherwise limited at the company's discretion.

How old do I have to be?

At least 18, or the minimum legal age in your country if that is higher.

Can I use my own trading account?

No. Risk-management software is synced to the accounts we create, so performance and rule violations can be assessed in real time. You must use the account provided to you.

Where do I track my progress?

In the trader dashboard you receive on purchase. Monitoring your own breach levels is your responsibility.

How is tax handled?

You trade as an independent contractor, so you are responsible for any and all taxes on your gains.
